We are hiring immediately for an Business Development Manager in our Utilities Sector in Southeastern and Atlanta, GA area-a critical role in ensuring we partner in the Energy Transition.

What you’ll do: 

Grow business with existing utility accounts and develop business with high potential prospect accountsRepresents the company in all activities associated with accounts/customer supportDevelop and execute an annual territory sales planTrack all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and ordersCoordinate with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Operations, and LogisticsPrepare and present proposals for products and servicesPartner with the operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient mobilizations and project implementationService accounts through the full payment by the customer and completion of the services renderedAssist in identifying market potential, establishing pricing and market strategies by market research or study

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

5- 10 yrs of direct sales or technical sales experienceEntrepreneurial MindsetGeneral understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banksKnowledge of Utilities marketsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and on TeamsProficiency with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)Good understanding of job costs and market pricing trendsGood knowledge of market sectors and competitive activitiesAbility to travel as neededProject Commissioning / Project Management Experience a plusBachelor’s degree or relevant experience
