Principal Responsibilities
This role is responsible for generating new insurance business to deepen mid-market penetration with focus on the HSBC One segment via an outreach model.
The role holder may be responsible for some or all of:
Establish new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers via direct customer engagementsCommunicate new products, offers and relevant market information to customersSupport plans and strategies to generate new business, increase revenue for existing ones and activate new distribuion channels within HSBC GroupCollaborate with multiple stakeholders, which may include team leader, channel middle office, product specialists, to maximise sales opportunities for the bankParticipating in events, initiatives and activities to capture new business opportunitiesProtect the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile, whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews
