ATS Company: ATS Corporation Requisition ID: 13342 Location: Irvine, CA, US, 92606 Date: Sep 30, 2024 Business Development Manager - Pharma Business Development Manager ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: + Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales growth within the pharmaceutical sector across the Americas. + Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pharmaceutical companies, including both large enterprises and emerging biopharma. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts. + Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and technical support, to ensure customer needs are met and solutions are effectively positioned. + Present and demonstrate our precision dispensing automation solutions, highlighting the value proposition for pharmaceutical applications. + Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to stay ahead of the curve and capitalize on new opportunities. + Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company. + Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic accounts. QUALIFICATIONS: + A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or Business Administration, or related field. + Advanced degree preferred. + A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in sales or business development within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. + Strong network of contacts within the pharmaceutical industry in the Americas. + Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. + Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. + Ability to travel extensively across the Americas.
