Salary range for Business Development Manager: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Relationship Management/Business Development
Maintain and increase revenue from your new accounts.
Identify, target, and secure new regional end-user business independently.
Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
Work with distribution partners on existing business and new opportunities.
Maintain a robust pipeline via Cascades CRM of prospective clients.
Establish and develop key relationships at all levels of the account organization.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
Educate and train customers on products and solutions.
Account Planning and Management
Develop and manage account plans for regional accounts according to prescribed guidelines.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key end-user accounts and distribution partners.
Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
Contract and Pricing Management
Support/manage the creation and negotiation of customer pricing and contracts.
Validate quotes and prices for all regions and markets based on margin ranges.
Sales and Market Strategy
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with end users in the Northeast region.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the team.
Develop a deep understanding of Cascades' offerings to identify and report cross-selling opportunities.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand.
Reporting
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions.
Use and update the CRM.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Basic knowledge of supply chain principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Demonstrate products and solutions; actively participate in knowledge transfer.
Superior market and customer knowledge.
Strong understanding of the Northeast region market.
