In this role, you will turn ambition into action through the identification of new business opportunities, development of winning strategies, and support for the submission of captivating and compelling proposals.
 

The role will require the successful applicant to bring domain knowledge and a proven track record in business winning - specifically business development, capture management and solution development. They must also have a network of relevant contacts, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate persuasively both verbally and in written form.
 

Ideally based in Canberra (or another east coast city), you'll work as part of an integrated team of professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment that utilises industry best-practice in the conduct of its work.

To be successful, you will bring:
 

Australian Citizen with a Defence security clearance. Tertiary qualifications in a technical discipline, business, commercial, legal and/or project management. No restrictions to access For Official Use Only (FOUO) level or ITAR controlled material. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge in the Maritime Systems domain. Capture Management Process and Delivery experience. Experience working on complex Defence Bids.
