We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions and bring your passion and expertise to drive growth and build enduring relationships that will expand our reach. You will be a key player within our Product Center function, collaborating with Sales Centers, local stakeholders, and industry experts to drive sustainable revenue and shape the future of our business.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
Provide general market and customer development support to Sales Centers by acting as the entry point for customer and market feedback regarding products, applications, and initiatives. Support strategic accounts and key players, offering content and training to empower Sales Centers and enhance customer engagement. Collaborate with Sales Centers to co-develop and share successful sales strategies, adapting product offerings to different customer types and industries. Monitor the industry-specific offering and represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions, influencing the future product roadmap. Lead operational market support by managing product launches, supporting customer visits, trade fairs, and roadshows, while serving as the escalation point for any product, quality, or logistics issues. Define and implement a 3–5-year industry strategy together with local stakeholders, acting as the interface between market needs and the innovation process.

A keen interest in digitalization topics, particularly Industry 4.0 and the digitalization of processes. Familiarity and experience with process industries is a plus. Fluency in Portuguese or German.
