What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and drive revenue growth.

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to increase market share and profitability.

Lead negotiations and secure contracts with a commercially sound approach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and partners.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, bids, and proposals.

Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and subcontractors.

Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual and health & safety requirements.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to optimise profitability.

Work closely with internal teams to align commercial strategies with operational capabilities.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Provide insights on potential projects, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Develop long-term sales strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the customer base.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Strong experience working within the rental industry, ideally with temperature control or temporary power solutions.

Proven business development and sales experience in relevant industries.

Strong commercial acumen.

Operational experience, including project management and subcontractor coordination.

Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies with a results-driven approach.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and business analytics tools.
