Business Development Manager

As a team, we collaborate globally to reach our ultimate goal—helping people.   We’re searching for a UK-based Business Development Manager to join our sales team, so that we can expand our market share and drive revenue growth in the Contingent Workforce solutions market.  The Business Development Manager will be responsible for prospecting, selling-in, relationship management, proposal writing, pitching, and managing the sales process of RLDatix’s Contingent Workforce solutions within their designated sales area/territory to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.    How You’ll Spend Your Time  Prospect for new business directly and through marketing campaigns to expand our customer base.  Maximize renewal opportunities of existing accounts in order to ensure consistent revenue streams.  Provide subject matter expertise across the Contingent Workforce portfolio with customers to build trust and establish RLDatix as a thought leader.  Build long-term relationships with key individuals in target organizations, particularly C-Suite level stakeholders, to cultivate strategic partnerships.  Work with key stakeholders throughout the business (including Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and R&D) to design and execute sales strategies that drive product adoption and growth.    What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having  Experience in the healthcare, allied health, or biotech industries.  Proven success in selling within a Healthcare or Software as a Service environment.  In-depth knowledge on how to influence at all levels of an organization. Demonstrable experience developing compelling presentations and sound business cases/opportunity assessments  An ability to travel internationally and work effectively in a remote setting  Sincere interest in contributing to the success of RLDatix within the healthcare sector.  A knack for working independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fast-paced environment.      By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
