Key Accountabilities

Organize, execute, and engage in various strategic sales initiatives and events, such as sales blitzes, cocktails, parties, luncheons, and familiarization tours Identify, cultivate, and expand relationships with key industries and potential clients to nurture and enhance partnerships Conduct sales calls and visits utilizing an up-to-date database to target potential clients effectively Handle administrative duties including maintaining sales call and visit reports, responding to correspondence, participating in meetings and briefings, and etc Assist marketing intelligence initiatives by tracking industry trends, assessing competitor actions, scrutinizing sales and marketing data Embrace the product identity and project a positive image to corporate clients by exemplifying behaviors that align with company guidelines Deliver training, and offer coaching to enhance sales performance Assist in budget management and cost monitoring

 

General Requirements

Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines fields Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales industry and with proven sales track record Have experience in hospitality industry and customer oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills Independent, proactive and customer-oriented with a positive mindset Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
