Business Development Manager

Adecco Search has partnered with a Security Technology provider to recruit and hire a Business Development Manager in Nashville, TN.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building relationships, driving business growth, and securing sales opportunities in access control, IP video, audio/video, intercom, structured cabling, healthcare, and other electronic security systems.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Develop relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales of Electronic Security Technology Systems and related maintenance contracts.
+ Lead the sales process by identifying customer needs and conducting site evaluations.
+ Estimate and prepare proposals for security system installations and service opportunities.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to grow and market all offered Electronic Security solutions.
+ Increase market presence through networking, presentations, and industry associations.
+ Prepare and submit professional proposals by established deadlines.
**Required Skills:**
+ 3-5 years of proven sales experience with a focus on customer solutions
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
+ Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
+ Knowledge of electronic security products and services
**Our client offers:**
+ Base salary in the $90k range + commission
+ Monthly vehicle allowance and fuel card

**Pay Details:** $90,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
