Mission
Your mission is to develop Service and Equipment sales of Shanghai Beaconmedaes Medical Gas Co. Ltd. in China. The ambition is to reach 100% of 1:1 ratio; to develop sales in level 2 hospitals and increase sales in replacement projects.

This position reports to GM of Shanghai Beaconmedaes Medical Gas Co. Ltd with the close cooperation with Service and Equipment Sales Business Line Managers and Divisional Product Marketing Managers.

Focus of the first year will be on service development.

Job Requirement

Service sales related

Manage transfer of CTS contracts to QMS in hospitals with aim to achieve 100% transfer and zero lost boys with increased customer satisfaction.Coach and support service team on how to sell service contracts.Embrace responsibility for service sales and 1:1 ratio.In collaboration with BLM and communication specialist create supporting materials to make professional proposals.Set foundation for medical service ladder

Equipment sales related

Guide and support sales team on the ground to increase hit rate in replacement opportunities and Level 2 hospitals.Coach sales team to define the value proposition, how to make TCO calculations, competition comparisons to create a winning offer.Increase reach and participation through identifying the ways to generate leadsSupport sales team to develop and coach distributorsEmbrace responsibility for equipment sales in level 2 hospitals and replacement opportunities.Provide coaching and support to sales team on the ground in “cross-sales” with aim to sell the complete range of BeaconMedaes equipment.Foster collaborative culture aiming at creating coherent teams fully embracing the BeaconMedaes brand.

Experience requirements

You have sound business understanding and are able to detect new business opportunities.You are able to translate the divisional strategy into action and deliver results.You have good financial knowledge and excellent negotiation and presentation skills.Knowledge of Medical application, service business is a strong plus.

Educational requirements

The ideal candidate has a university degree in Engineering， Information Technology, Math or equal by experience. Native Chinese speaker is mandatory. A good knowledge of English is required.
