Job Title: Business Development Manager – Rental Finance
Reporting line: Managing Director
Location/Franchise: TBC, Cape Town

Job Role:

Nashua Cape Town has a vacancy available for a Business Development Manager – Rental Finance, reporting directly to the Managing Director. 

Requirements:

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Minimum Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 MS Office and Excel Skills Valid Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (willingness to work overtime as & when required)

Skills & Experience: 

2 – 3 years’ experience in rental or asset finance 5 years’ experience in providing sales support and administration function  Be proactive, perform under pressure & work well independently Ability to multitask, prioritize & manage time effectively Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English & Afrikaans fluency) Knowledge of tender document processes Skills and Attributes: People, Communications Analytical and Interpersonal Skills Interpersonal Communication Skills  – Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups Passionate – Ability to maintain a positive outlook at work Ability to work well in pressurized environment & to strict deadlines Continuous improvement of self and knowledge enhancement – Ability to adapt to changing circumstances Planning & Organizing – Ability to place clients at the forefront of all interactions, understanding their requirements, and creating a positive experience throughout the total client journey

Other Assignments:

CloudQuote (Sales):

User Registration & detachment (security) Maintenance on Product & Pricing Updates Reporting requirements – Activity, Manager requests Daily support & administrative assistance to the team & Rep/Manager

 Inform CRM (Sales):

User Registration & deregistration (security) Support for System users, client/contract enquiries, client/base reassigning Reporting on user/customer activity/prospects

 Sales Administrative Process:

Drawing up contracts & supply documentation to the sales teams In-field customer engagements Support the sales consultants in field with financing process  Upload digital contracts to customers Responsible for the internal sales quoting system & sales tool system, ensuring all info updated

Working Conditions:

Working hours are 08h00 to 16h30, Monday to Friday Travelling to & from site to client premises and vice versa per schedule requirements
