Your Role

Implementation of divisional and customer center’s business development strategyBe in charge of product line of specialty air within APE PTBA in China. Including module\booster\nitrogen generator\after cooler, and special request by end users.To know external business environment (research customer demand\ competition\ market share\ market trend and so on) and internal working environment (organization\ progresses\ culture and so on), and then make and follow a clear Business Development Plan regularly.Base on the market investigation and analysis, you should complete product portfolio for local customers through professional proposal. It should be including product positioning, pricing, market size, market share and potential segments, sales targets, etc.Implement and organize marketing activities to promote specific products, seminars, road shows, exhibitions, customer events, etc.To operate the business of specialty air, especially focusing on Oil & Gas applications, and drive the key factors improving continually. (Profitability\ Customer base\Sales efficiency\ Stock\ Receivable, etcContinually research/monitor customer demands, competition and market trends.Establish and drive marketing plan for specified products, including product positioning, pricing and promotion plan.To keep good communication between internal and external customers.To fully understand and command the various applications of boosters with a view of being a valued partner to our customers and channels

 
To succeed, you will need  

University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or other related.More than 5 years’ experience in technology, marketing and/or sales in compressor \ construction\engineering industries.Very good English in both spoken and written.Good computer skills including Microsoft and SAP cloud.Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.Willing to travel locally and international.
