As a Business Development Lead – Production Solutions, you’ll be involved in planning and development for the overall sales strategy for your location - Turkey. In a high-impact, busy environment you'll work with exclusive product lines. As the Business Development Lead – Production Solutions, you will be responsible for:

·         Developing regional sales strategies to scope, plan and successfully deliver winning proposals for customers within Production Solutions (Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals and Artificial Lift)

·         Identifying key process and sales targets within your market to develop sales plans and deliver new business

·         Partnering with a team of technical sales representatives to build growth in your assigned region

·         Building relationships and trust with key customers through value-selling and technical solutions

·         Engaging and communicating with key stakeholders at customer facilities to cultivate current and new business

·         Managing Sales and Service Standards at multiple key customer accounts to ensure compliance

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·         Have a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronic, and/or Mechanical from an accredited college or university

·         Have 8+ years of Oil & Gas experience with at least 5 years in Production Solutions (either Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals or Artificial Lift or both)

·         Have 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales/Business Development within the Oil & Gas industry within Turkey

·         Demonstrate an aptitude for building trusted relationships and show an understanding of customer requirements and market conditions

·         Be a fluent Turkish speaker (Preferred)

·         Be able to identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

·         Be a good team player and have experience of working in safe, environment

·         Be able to travel to local territory to visit customer sites (up to 20% travel required)

·         Be able to identify new business opportunities, set specific progress goals, and be accountable to your targets
