Join our team as a Business Development Executive and be an integral part of our Business Services Accident Management team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to personally manage allocated accounts, lead customer presentations showcasing our exceptional services, oversee customer debt and P&Ls in collaboration with the AA Finance team, and foster strong internal relationships to ensure customer expectations are exceeded promptly and efficiently.

What will I be doing? Manage Allocated Accounts: Take ownership of accounts through a structured plan. Senior Meetings: Regularly engage with both internal and external senior stakeholders to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities. Monthly MI Packs: Prepare and present detailed monthly management information packs and proposals, including pricing, up to Board Level. Collaborate with Operations: Work closely with operational teams to meet B2B requirements. Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. Team Goals: Contribute to the achievement of business targets as outlined in your Account Plan. Deal Governance: Support the Business Development team by facilitating timely Deal Governance as part of our win/retention strategy. What do I need?

Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

Analytical Expertise: Showcase your ability to summarise, communicate, and pitch vital information to a broad audience of stakeholders. Deadline Mastery: Demonstrate your experience in meeting the rigorous deadlines of a commercial environment. Material Preparation: Utilise your experience in crafting client-facing materials with accuracy and timeliness. Market Knowledge: Display your knowledge and proven track record in supporting key Business Services markets and emerging technologies such as the motor industry, vehicle manufacturing, fleet and leasing companies, major and SME fleets, insurance/banking, connected car, data, and electric/hybrid vehicles. Communication Mastery: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with the ability to tailor your approach to effectively influence others. Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to forge strong networks and influence at all levels, showcasing your stakeholder management expertise. Additional Information
