The purpose of the Business Development Director is to drive growth by developing, expanding, and executing a sales strategy for Manpower to win new logos. Present value proposition and educate clients on talent strategy via internal tools (The Manpower Story)
Making an Impact
• Secure new business with accounts that are not currently National or that Manpower does not do business with.
• Lead and support discovery sessions and expertise on service capabilities methodologies, and Manpower Workforce Tools to client throughout the sales process
• Targeted prospecting with account strategy
• Drive the sales cycle from initial customer engagement to gain new logos
• Create sales plans that capitalize on the market/industry opportunity
• Proven business acumen, with ability to analyze, plan and synthesize information into overall strategy
• Execute business and market development tasks necessary for sales goal attainment
• Develop relationships and web of influence to obtain latent opportunities
• Serve as market and industry leader and looked to as World of Work expertise.
• Develop and deliver multi level presentation and negotiate with senior level executives, and end users to continuously communicate offerings using the Manpower Story.
• Responsible for client sales cross full Manpower product and services offerings (Engineering, skilled technical, finance, etc)
Your Typical Day and Other Key Details
• Full sales cycle to target and win new logos
• Using the Manpower tools (Outreach, High Spot) to gain new logos
• Meeting with senior level decision makers to present on what Manpower can do and how we can partner to meet their needs
• Create and pursue target list for deals $10M and up with on site opportunities
• Negotiating, problem solving, collaborating to win new logos
