Preferably, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field 5+ years of experience in business development, sales or account management in a technology or cloud consulting company Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud and understanding of cloud technologies and trends Proficiency in CRM tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven negotiation and closing skills Ability to analyze and interpret market data to drive strategy Responsibilities:
Business Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities in cloud consulting services Work with senior leadership to set sales targets and forecast revenue Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and align solutions to address their challenges Proposal Development and Presentations:
Lead the development of proposals, RFPs and presentations for prospective clients Conduct engaging and persuasive presentations to clients, highlighting the value of the company’s cloud consulting services Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with technical and delivery teams to design and present tailored cloud solutions to clients Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to enhance offerings and services Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and materials that support business development efforts Reporting and Metrics:
Track, analyse and report on key business development metrics, such as pipeline growth, win rates and revenue contributions Use CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities and client data effectively If you would like to email your CV directly – please send it to [email protected]
