The Visa Thailand Business Development team is a dynamic and enthusiastic group of professionals dedicated to creating impactful experiences for our clients. What a Business Development Associate does at Visa:

In this role, you will:

Provide insightful analysis of client performance, market situation based on payment transactions and industry reports to support the Business Development team in client engagement and business decisions.Gain a solid understanding of client portfolios and assist in developing performance management tools.Assist senior Business Development team leads to develop business plans including financial planning internally and jointly with clientsContribute to the execution of the country’s Business Plans, ensuring that initiatives, budgets, and KPIs of Business Development team are consistently met.Support Business Development team members with administrative tasks such as tracking client and team performance.

Work you will be a part of:

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on strategically significant projects for our clients, including:

Providing the Management team with key inputs for decision-making and business performance. This involves managing client sales processes, internal procurement processes, and executing functional plans and Visa events.Crafting client business plans, incentive plans to help clients achieve our joint targets and goalsDeveloping and maintaining effective processes and record-keeping measures to accurately track business performance, associated revenues, client partnership performance, and forecasting deal incentives. Additionally, you will support business financial planning.Supporting the Business Development team with end-to-end partnership structures and the execution of client contracts.

QualificationsA degree in Business AdministrationA minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, payments, consumer financial services, or technology with a proven track record of success.Excellent skill in sales, account management, presentation, and strategic thinking.Strong interpersonal and time management skills.Proficiency in reporting and documentation management.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluency in Thai and English.
