We require the services of a Business Developer in Gauteng and Cape Town.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing new business in the Contractors Division. The person will be required to onboard Contracting roles and professional services such as Payroll Administration and Psychometric Tests. The duties and responsibilities include:

\r\n\r\nIdentify and research potential clients\r\nDevelop and maintain client relationships\r\nCoordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals\r\nNegotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders\r\nMonitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed\r\nGather useful information from customer and competitor data\r\nMake and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives\r\nCreate and implement processes and policies to support the overall business\r\nTrack, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline\r\nDevelop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business\r\nTrack and report on the status of proposal components\r\nConduct ongoing market research\r\nWork with the HR department to create rate proposals\r\nDrive the end-to-end sales process\r\nPrepare and submit sales contracts\r\n
