Qualifications
Bachelor or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or related majorsExperienced finance professional with minimum of 10 years of experience in MNCsExperience in working within a multinational manufacturing organizationA good understanding of product costing and ledger managementA thorough understanding on the application of compliance controls and risk environmentPractical experience of a significant change or capital project, ideally having operated in a project steering group roleExperience in managing a teamA sound understanding of taxResilient to changeGoal-orientedProactive and strategic approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
