Role Description:
This job is responsible for driving and executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business or Enterprise Control Function. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support for LOB or ECF specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. Job expectations include administration of firm owned accounts held at Bank of America as well as at third party agents.
Responsibilities:
Delivers banking services through firm owned accounts to lines of business to support their functional activitiesPrepare new account documentation to support requirements of internal and external banksWork with internal and external Bank Partners, Legal, Tax, Network Management etc.Ensures accounts are established in adherence to industry and enterprise-wide standardsSupports the monitoring and testing of controls by evaluating data to identify issues and control improvements for remediationImplements optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance practices to support business continuity effortsExecutes initiatives by identifying areas of potential automation, procedural updates, thematic trends to enhance processesSupports the overall management of and research required for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring and inspection reviews and evaluates data and information relevant to metrics to support governance activities for dashboard reportingWhat we are looking for:
