As a Business Control Manager in the North America Credit Markets team, you will manage and enhance the end-to-end control environment. You will serve as a trusted operational risk and control ally to the Front Office, collaborating with functions across 1LOD/2LOD/3LOD. Your responsibilities include risk analysis, control issue detection, and remediation.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the control environment for the North America Credit Markets business. Focus on control design, risk identification, and control governance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate operational risks. Provide regular updates to management on control activities and potential risks. Develop and implement control strategies to comply with regulatory requirements. Provide oversight and execution of ad hoc requests, control deep dives, and operational projects.Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 3 years of financial services experience in Controls, Audit, Risk Management, Middle Office, or Compliance. Foundational knowledge of operational risk and controls, with a strong understanding of Credit Markets. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within competing deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration abilities for effective engagement with senior management.Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
Experience in Credit Markets or related financial services. Advanced skills in control design and risk assessment.
