A leading Financial Services company who offers tailored Foreign Exchange services is currently looking for a Business Consultant in the Property Space. 

The Business consultant will be responsible for the Property Industry, helping their clients move funds internationally and locally.

Responsibilities:

Delivery of both annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets in coordination with the company´s sales strategy to ensure sustainable growth and business development. Lead and develop relationships with key clients to build long term sales opportunities and an effective distribution network of regional contacts and influencers in the foreign exchange market. Maintains, acquires and develops key relationships with real estate agents and their clients Develops and maintains a strong business pipeline for regional Accounts and expands on activities. Responsible for generating and closing a consistently high level of sales opportunities with clients by identifying needs, developing FX relationships, and providing appropriate FX solutions and services.

Requirements:

Qualifications – Matric + regulatory exams (RE) + FAIS compliancy Relevant business/legal qualification would be advantageous Experience: Sales experience in the property industry would be advantageous Entrepreneurial experience would be advantageous
