Area Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to propose and implement communication plans. Each day, you will implement assigned marketing communications activities through all available communications tools according to group guidelines, directives, and messages, within the approved budget. You will also showcase your expertise by generating leads via advertising, sponsorship, and other promotional activities, using the internet as a hub for integrated marketing communications. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area in Portugal. Main stakeholders are sales teams and customers.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tDeveloping creative concepts related to all communication aspects, in accordance with ABB branding guidelines.•\tCreating and editing promotional materials for use through various media channels.•\tManaging the creation, production, and publication of brochures, catalogues, and other sales literature, in either printed or electronic form to support sales activities and product launches.•\tMaintaining a strong and positive collaboration with internal and external communication communities to promote knowledge of current practices and innovation.•\tKeeping up with customers (distributors) and giving them support in the launching of products, communication plans, etc.You will join a dynamic and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

\tYou enjoy working with industrial technical products, developing B2B marketing campaigns in the Distributors, Integrators and Panel Builders market\tYou have 3 or more years of experience in Communications / Marketing in an industrial B2B company\tHighly adept in InDesign\tBachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Economics or similar\tYou are at ease communicating in English and Portuguese\tYou hold current work permit and drivers license valid in Portugal
