Job Description

Responsible for performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing.

Key Result Areas

Set-up and maintenance of policies, processes, frameworks, and ways of work in respect of business change capabilityElicit business needs to determine underlying issues and causesRecommend solutions that are aligned to business needsAct as a liaison between stakeholders to facilitate stakeholder collaborationElicit and communicate business requirementsPerform analysis on requirements and create detailed specifications of key aspects of the requirementsValidate that the requirements will meet legitimate business needsDocument and manage requirements from identification through to testing and deliveryConducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.Managing business changes and small projects, developing action plans, and monitoring deliverables to ensure timely completionPrioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience required

Business Analyst certificate or Diploma4 to 5 years related experience.Business Process Analysis & DesignInvestment Industry knowledge preferableExcellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
