Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system, ensuring its functionality, performance, and security.
* Manage system configurations, updates, and user access within Business Central, collaborating with key stakeholders to align the system with business requirements.
* Develop and implement Power BI reports and dashboards to deliver insights on financial, operational, and sales data, helping to drive data-informed decision-making across the organisation.
* Support the finance, sales, and operations teams by creating custom reports, monitoring data quality, and troubleshooting issues within Business Central.
* Manage data integrations between Business Central and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting accuracy.
* Provide training to users on Business Central empowering teams to leverage the systems effectively.
* Conduct regular system audits to ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of Business Central data.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and automation within Business Central and reporting tools.
Required Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central including Finance and Accounting modules
* Strong experience in developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
* Proficiency in data modeling, data transformation, and report design using Power BI.
* Strong understanding of business processes, including finance, sales, and operations.
* Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions and reports
* Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.

They are seeking an experienced Business Central Administrator to join their team on a hybrid basis in Winter Garden, FL. This is a key role that will support their internal ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and leverage Power BI for data analysis and reporting.Key Responsibilities:
