Experience in Consumer Care is beneficial. **Skills:** Strong in co-creation, organizational design, compliance control, and change management. Strong conceptual skills to define new capabilities. **Education:** Relevant qualifications in business, technology, or related fields. A master degree is preferred. **Leadership:** Ability to lead SME networks, guide, and coach teams for effective business capability execution. **Core Responsibilities:** + Create comprehensive E2E Business Capability Roadmaps. + Identify business improvement opportunities with business case planning. + Co-create and incrementally develop business capabilities. + Drive productivity and growth in alignment with business cases. + Lead Subject Matter Expert networks for co-creation and change management. + Maintain CoP in archetypes for business capability excellence. + Ensure accurate business capability performance reporting and adoption. + Develop competence assessments and submit Change Requests (CR) to the PH Change Control Board (CCB). **About Philips** We are a health technology company.
