ABOUT THE ROLE\n

F&M Trust is looking to hire a Business Banker (Small Business Lender) for the greater Capital Harrisburg, PA Market. This Business Banker will be primarily responsible for managing and expanding the business loan portfolio and deposit relationships for small businesses within the footprint. To be an immediate successful individual, this individual will have connections throughout the region and be able to bring banking relationships to the bank.\n

When not meeting with clients, the home office location for this individual will be in either Harrisburg, PA or Mechanicsburg, PA\n

This role will receive a salary commensurate on experience and comprehensive benefits package.\n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\n\nFamiliarity with and well-connected to business opportunities in the Greater Harrisburg and\/or West Shore market strongly preferred.\nStrong business development skills and great comfort in talking with centers of influences, community connections, internal referrals, and current clients to grow the book of business.\nDesire to serve in an advisor role to provide guidance and advice to customers in a planning mode.\nCredit underwriting skills preferred.\nValid Driver's license.\n\n
