We are looking for a Management Support/Administration Specialist to support successful operations within the Business Area Controlling organization. In this role, you will manage back-office processes, assist with portfolio initiatives, coordinate events, handle calendar management, and support learning initiatives. Your efforts will help to ensure a smooth and outcome-driven working environment for a set of controlling leaders and their teams.
You will work closely with other executive assistants, senior executives, other teams, and stakeholders. Additionally, you will drive and support projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening both local and virtual communities within the organization.
In your role as Management Support/Administration Specialist you
Support selected members of the controlling leadership team with the execution of day-to-day business incl. calendar management Design, implement and monitor department-related administration processes and activities Setup, track and/or drive specific internal and/or external projects holistically and independently Organize and drive All-Employee-Meetings, offsites and hybrid workshops Manage workflows and monitor items like vacation requests, distribution lists, authorizations, shared drives, inventory, relocations, etc. Support in local and hybrid community-building activities Drive learning and change management initiatives Serve as central contact on all other ad-hoc support which is needed by the team
