As a Business Assistant in our team, you will support senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. You will leverage your expertise to manage complex schedules, coordinate with internal and external clients, and ensure seamless operations. Job Responsibilities

Manage complex diaries, including meetings, calls, and event coordination. Coordinate travel and entertainment bookings, ensuring compliance with policies. Handle client interactions and department scheduling efficiently. Collaborate with support groups and key stakeholders across the organization. Utilize internal systems for data entry, reporting, and information collation. Oversee distribution lists, technology usage, and administrative tasks. Integrate into the business, understanding priorities and expectations. Partner with assistants across teams for coverage as needed. Contribute to projects, presentations, and training initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Confluence. Strong client handling and relationship-building skills. Expertise in diary management and prioritization. Executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in travel arrangements and itinerary planning. Proactive and ownership-driven approach to tasks. High technical capabilities and system navigation skills. Awareness of expense systems and cost control. Professional demeanor and ability to work under pressure. Positive attitude and effective time management skills. Flexibility and adaptability to change.
