Business Architect
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities The Business Architect is responsible for understanding all Paymentus products, including design and feature configuration, and recommends best solutions to clients Guide the client on what to implement and how best to use the solutions provided Develop an understanding of the customer's business setup and needs. Ability to document and propose a solution to best fit those needs Understand the operational teams that make up a client in order to approach requirements with all stakeholders in mind Be able to “Stay within the box” wherever possible Elicit/document requirements for configurable product features Document business needs and objectives and translate those into a solution using our products out of the box Effective communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders Quick learner able to translate needs of Client to products offered

 

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Education and Experience 3-5 years in the electronic billing and payment industry Polished communication skills (speaking and writing) Understanding of payments, including capturing and reconciliation Requirement gathering experience Experience in analyzing data, problem-solving and making recommendations Excels in a fast paced environment with lots of change and growth Active listening skills and problem solving skills Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment or remote home office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. and may vary based on the time zone of the clients supported.  Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

Travel is generally not required for this position; however, it may be requested on a limited basis of approximately 5-10%.
