ICF is seeking a Business Applications Analyst to help us roll out and manage our new Source-to-Pay (S2P) tool. You’ll be reporting to the Senior Procurement Program Manager and working within the Administrative Operations and Systems (AOS) Group. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our source-to-pay applications. This is a fantastic chance to join a fresh team early in the journey of implementing a global procurement system, with plenty of room for growth and the opportunity to take on more responsibilities as we expand.
To thrive in this role, you will organize and present data to uncover business insights and work well with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders to find comprehensive solutions. Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach are key. This role is perfect for someone who loves a fast-paced environment, is excited about learning new processes and tools, enjoys solving problems, and is meticulous about organizing and documenting their work.
The ideal candidate will:
Configure and maintain the Zycus platform, manage updates, ensure security, and handle user setup and permissions.
Develop data mappings and flowcharts, prepare and execute testing, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and liaise with vendors to resolve issues.
Understand and optimize procurement processes, ensuring compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key issues or process improvements and recommend best practices and automation enhancements.
Generate and analyze reports, provide insights, and ensure timely reporting to management.
Monitor and troubleshoot Zycus integrations, ensuring seamless data flow with other systems.
Provide user support, conduct training sessions, and maintain resources and documentation.
Contribute to strategic and group-level initiatives, including other enterprise systems projects.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (one year of professional experience may be substituted per one year of education)
2+ years of experience in creating and managing reports and dashboards using Excel, PowerBI or similar
2+ years of experience providing and supporting internal users and stakeholders in producing and interpreting reports and resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business (BSBA), Management Information Systems (MIS) or Business Information Technology (BIT)
Understanding of Sourcing and Procurement leading practices and the ability to communicate at a strategic and operational level.
Solid skills in Indirect procurement functionality like configuring Punch out Catalogs, cXML invoicing, approval workflow design and build, Integrations with HR system to update hierarchy for approvals, standalone procurement process in cloud-based applications, Workflow troubleshooting and understanding.
Experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms such as Leading ERP (S2P) modules, Coupa, Ariba, Zycus or Smart by GEP as a functional owner, implementer, or system administrator with strong functional knowledge.

Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technology updates and the flexibility to handle unexpected challenges and changes in priorities.
Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest Zycus features and Source to Pay best practices.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$73,403.00 - $124,784.00Reston, VA (VA30)
