What will you do?SOPORTE:
Revisión, seguimiento y gestión del estado de las cargas diarias. Comunicación diaria con Sistemas para solventar las incidencias detectadas.
Revisión y seguimiento de la correcta recepción de los datos recibidos de los hoteles recién conectados
Adaptación de las plantillas de PowerBI al nuevo escenario LAA, revisión de la correcta carga de datos y ajuste de tablas y gráficas.
Actualización de las cargas de Acciones, Cotizaciones, Acuerdos, Contrados y Clientes en CM BePlus (datos básicos). Actualización de los comentarios de acciones y cotizaciones en CM BePlus. Trabajo conjunto con Cliente Único.
Gestión de las modificaciones de permisos de los usuarios de PowerBI.
Revisión de reservas, revisión en PMS y en BIS/BDI del correcto volcado de incidencias detectadas o comunicadas.
Revisión de la correcta asignación de capacidades y comunicación con responsables Hotel, Administración y Sistemas para el correcto mantenimiento de la base.
