We are inviting applications for the role of BA, Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

Perform initial review of PAC cases (field reports) assigned to Supplier Quality

Resolve data completeness and

accuracy issues with submitter as required

Directly address with suppliers those that do not require Supplier Quality Engineer involvement (replacement parts, information requests, simple issues, et

Escalate to assigned SQE when necessary. Support working through issue resolution and 8D

Collect and present data with regards to PAC cases (quantity, causes, response time, etc.) with an orientation to defining continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualification:

Excellent English language skills

Engineering/technical background:

ability to learn basic wind turbine technology to support problem assessment and resolution

capable of leading 8D efforts with suppliers

Ability to quickly build expertise in Onshore Wind systems and processes

Preferred Skills:

Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Strong oral, written communication skills, excellent customer relationship building skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills
