The After Market Services (AMS) team is on a mission to achieve "three zeros": Zero Defects for Customers, Zero Cost of Returns, and Zero Waste. Our repair business is crucial in giving products a second life, supporting both our zero cost and zero waste goals. As a Business Analyst, you'll support our repair operations by providing data-driven insights and helping drive process improvements. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Europe to analyse our repair programs and operational efficiency metrics. You'll help analyze and improve how we repair and resell customer returns, maximizing recovery value while supporting Amazon's sustainability goals. You'll learn to turn data into actionable insights while supporting Amazon's sustainability commitments.

- Translate strategic questions into actionable projects and deep-dives, owning implementation end-to-end
- Create and maintain performance metrics dashboards for repair operations
- Design scalable execution plans for long-term strategic opportunities
- Own cross-functional projects and prepare data-driven recommendations
