Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst- Project Management
Responsibilities:
Manage Relationship with Client, Business team, Biz IT organization, corporate team, and other stakeholders. Drive IT Governance meeting with client IT, business teams
Escalations/issues are proactively identified, addressed, and closed with documentation
Regular reviews for Client and Corporate initiatives / projects / IT implementations across towers including applications, products etc.
Ensure Zero Major Incidents due to hygiene issues for the account/s
Report out performance metrics, dashboards, monthly updates, and issue progress to Internal and Client, Business, and IT leaders as and when required
To enable the conduct of Infosec compliance audits across all accounts/s
Ensure 100% SOW compliance for all accounts in account
Ensure all SLA metrics are met as per agreed SLA norms
Actively participate in NC closure / Risk mitigation
Ensure effective Business Continuity Planning delivery
Proactive communication on all the ongoing efforts as well as risk mitigation plans required. All the efforts, approvals communications have been documented.
Partner with internal Audit teams to help enhance processes, systems, and teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience by conducting deep dive analysis, identifying issues fix it with a sustainable solution
Experience of BI tools e.g., Power BI, Tableau or Qlik is a must.
Exposure to document management processes and tools.
Qualification we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications:
Technical University or University of Economics / Business with IT minor and certifications
Professional competence in the field of activity specified in the job description.
Good general knowledge of the company's field of activity.
Ability to understand, communicate and actively support process-efficiency initiatives to generate customer financial and productivity benefits.
Ability to coordinate the team to achieve the performance goals agreed with the customer.
Developed skills of analysis, problem solving and project coordination.
Ability to motivate himself/herself to achieve goals, to demonstrate high energy and to adapt to short delivery times.
Ability to manage quality expectations and set control points in the process to ensure that the team meets performance standards.
Ability to bring internal and external process information to identify optimization and process automation opportunities using digital applications / systems.
Curiosity and interest to learn as much as possible about any area in which the company operates.
Knowledge and expertise in the field of activity, intellectual agility, focused on results.
Ability to accept change, tolerance to risk and ambiguity.
