Business Analyst (Night Shift)Job Description Summary
The Business Analyst is responsible for providing business process and system analysis for their key project initiatives. Responsibilities include helping ensure the project team can efficiently deliver project objectives. This position directly supports HR transformation projects including Contingent Labor program and the implementation of Position Management across the organization.This specific role will transition to a BAU role following the successful implementation of the Contingent Labor program.

About the Role:
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and project team of the above HR transformation initiatives, to understand current business processes and translate new requirements into actionable solutions to achieve defined the project objectives and KPIs/success metrics.Collaborate with the business and project teams to define technology solutions & process improvements to deliver the project objectives, clearly documenting business requirements, user stories, and/or use cases and show casing proof-of-concept configuration.Deployment of new tools and processes into the business, and has such should be experienced in communicating with users to understand needs and convey requirements, constraints, benefits, etc.Work with current end-users to understand their business and champion solutions to meet their needs. Work with the Project Manager to develop change, training and adoption strategies and tactics.Maintain, monitor and report on initiative plans, schedules and budgets to the Project team and Project Manager.About You:
Bachelor's degree is preferred with 3+ years of related experience in HR transformation.
Experience working in a global model across time zones. Able to differentiate between global and regional priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to work both independently and as part of wider teams, planning, owning and prioritizing their own work to meet customer and stakeholder needs.
Highest personal and professional integrity and strong work ethics. Results-orientated, willingness to commit to a direction and drive operations to completion. Ability to develop cooperative and constructive working relationships.
