Business Analyst IT
Description We are seeking a Business Analyst IT to join our team in Torrance, CA. This role is within the automotive industry and requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning business requirements with technical solutions across our IT systems. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage user stories in collaboration with stakeholders, developers, technical leads, and Product Owners, ensuring clarity in functional and technical requirements. • Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements documents, system requirement specifications, technical design architecture diagrams, and deployment plans. • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure systems integrate seamlessly and meet security, compliance, and data privacy standards. • Lead System Integration Testing efforts to ensure different systems, applications, and components integrate seamlessly and that end-to-end processes function as expected. • Manage and oversee the development, testing, and deployment phases ensuring the solution aligns with both technical and business objectives. • Facilitate the development of user stories acceptance criteria and product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. • Develop, manage, and execute test scripts and test models for functional integration and regression testing. • Lead User Acceptance Testing by coordinating with business users to ensure the final solution meets business requirements. • Manage Quality Assurance processes by defining testing criteria, identifying bugs, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. • Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to recommend solutions that enhance system performance and business processes.
