Position Summary: The Business Analyst - ISO Circular support will be responsible for ongoing Functional analysis, support and requirements gathering for periodic ISO circular updates for all of commercial LOBs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Analyze applications, elicit requirements, support development and testing team on functional side of the systems * Manage essential process documentation of functional and technical solutions by collaborating with business and IT to gather business requirements, provide expertise and guidance and help execute plans to enhance business capability, achieve results * Analyze ISO ERC content, discuss observations with business, identify and establish approach for adopting ISO circulars * Process and Procedure analysis and mapping * Create and maintain JIRA user story cards and documentations in SharePoint * Implement training and troubleshooting * Coordinate and Support User Acceptance Testing and User Training * Coordinate and Support and UAT efforts and defect management * Participate in facilitation and requirements elicitation sessions
