Responsibilities

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, business operations, technical assessments, and decision-making processes. You will work closely with the business analysis team to help solve problems, optimize workflows, and improve data-driven decision-making. This role is perfect for students with strong communication skills and critical thinking abilities.

 

Potential Responsibilities Include:

Assist the team in reviewing and conducting technical assessments related to business processes and IT systems.Help gather and analyze technical data to assess the efficiency and performance of existing systems.Support the review and analysis of aging demand management data, ensuring that any outstanding items are tracked and addressed. Provide data insights to help prioritize tasks and optimize workflow.UseGoogle Sheets to analyze large datasets. Help create reports and dashboards that track key metrics and business performance.Assist in using Google Sheets pivot tables to organize and analyze data efficiently.Ensure that key trends and actionable insights are highlighted for stakeholders.Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure all business analysis tasks are on track. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for key stakeholders.Use analytical skills to identify issues in data and systems, proposing actionable solutions. Support team efforts in optimizing business processes and improving data management.
Requirements

Education:

High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.
Additional Preferences Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and explain data insights.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in G Suite products, especially Google Sheets, with experience using pivot tables to analyze data.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and make recommendations based on data.Familiarity with technical assessment frameworks or IT systems evaluation.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
