Business Analyst - Ignite

We are on the hunt for an experienced, detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our energetic Ignite Team in Madrid. You will be instrumental in evaluating business processes, conducting data analysis, defining requirements, and delivering innovative solutions for improved customer experience, operational efficiency, and independent work efficiency.


Responsibilities:

Determining operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats. Constructing workflow charts and diagrams and analyzing business systems and user needs. Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning. Provide training and support to end-users. Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities in relation to business operations. Attending to the tickets created in the system to investigate and solve the issues.  Provide insights and offer recommendations for process improvements, developing actionable plans to implement and measure these improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and delivery on strategic objectives. Focus on delivering business value through sound testing methods and principles.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Advanced level in English(C1)Good level in Spanish and other European languages like French, Dutch, German is a strong plus. Previous insurance experience is a strong plus. Strong abilities in conducting research, data analysis, and complex problem solving.Excellent collaborator and strong interpersonal skills.High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
