In this role, you will act as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities
• Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Document Requirements: Gather requirements from stakeholders and document them clearly to ensure all parties have a shared understanding.
• Develop Solutions: Collaborate with cross functional teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
• Implement Strategies: Work with independently by taking complete ownership of processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
• Communicate Effectively: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights by utilizing statistical analysis techniques.
• Industry experience: Experience in Aeronautics field is good to have.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with various stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with new tools technology like Python, SQL, Advance Excel Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc. is required.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
• Experience Required:
o Relevant years of work experience in a similar role
o Experience in data management, data warehousing, or business intelligence

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Aerospace knowledge or experience
