Job DescriptionA rare opportunity exists to join our Commercial Operations team. You will be a part of our expansion, working closely with various commercial functions and the Technology team. You will be expected to be innovative, and help us continue to develop, implement, and constantly refine how we work with the evolving world of data.
In this role, you will understand the key drivers and complexities of data innovation, global platform integration, and organizational capability building. You will assess the current setup and contribute to envisioning the future as part of our digital transformation journey. Your role involves gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, processes, and workflows, collaborating with stakeholders for successful project delivery. Strong communication skills are essential to influence and achieve results with a geographically diverse and multicultural audience.
Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate collaborative sessions with stakeholders to drive requirements.Scope, analyze, discover insights and design business needs to create requirement specifications, test criteria, deliverables, and related documents.Review and provide input and consultative support into data solutions, coordinating and supporting the communication and delivery of those requirements.Build proficiency in understanding the data landscape for planning solutions, its dependencies and its relation to each commercial function.Develop and maintain use cases, user stories, requirements, business process models, and other data flow diagrams.Collaborate with Commercial teams, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Tech Architects throughout the delivery lifecycle.Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.Create user manuals, training materials, and documentation for end-users.Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.Identify potential issues, monitor, ensure data quality and continually improve tools and processes.Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide data supports.QualificationsFamiliarity with Python, SQL, Cloud platforms, and database structure.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functions.Eager to learn and adopt new technologies.Strong verbal and written English communication skills.Experience with business analysis and requirements management tools.Experience with use case development, UAT process, and project management.At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or related fields.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.Proactive with strong leadership abilities and a positive teamwork attitude.Understanding of workflow-based logic, technology, and technical areas.The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.Advanced skills in technical documentation and English.Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
