Are you someone who can:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements for projects.

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.

Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations that support decision-making.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time.

Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet specified requirements.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements as necessary.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis processes.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, information technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
