We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team in United States!

 

 

Job Duties (not limited to):

• Facilitating teams and client relationships to satisfy needs and identify improvements. Ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of management.
• Managing multiple simultaneous projects including continuous evaluation and reprioritization.
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers
• Gathering and documenting requirements, process modeling, and creating use cases.
• Handling unexpected changes and adjust plans as needed.
• Recognizing and applying project management, business analysis and system analysis best practices to fit a variety of situations.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

Must Have:
• Minimum 4 years of Business Analyst experience 
• Knowledge of Healthcare industry/ understanding of claims process
• Agile/Scrum

• Experience with project management tool expertise (JIRA)

 

Nice To Have:
• Ability to write and understand basic SQL statements.
• Knowledge and understanding of APIs and Webservices.
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies and cloud services.
• Ability to recognize repetitive business processes tasks and implementing process automation.

 

• Experience in a Project Management Organization preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytic, organization, interpersonal, prioritization, multi-tasking, initiating, communication, planning and technical skills.
