Job Description A client in Chicago is looking for a business analyst to join their team. They will be joining a team that supports legacy applications within their contact center digital technology team. They will be responsible for gathering requirements as well as immersing themselves in data, and being able to identify how an implementation will impact certain stories or features. They will also need to identify data quality issues and partner with the solution architect to create a resolution.
