SecuriGence is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in the Melbourne, FL / Patrick SFB area to help contribute to our success. Come help us solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence.
Responsibilities:
+ Lean Business Case Development Support: Collaborate with user groups to translate their needs and ideas into structured Lean Business Cases, utilizing a framework that quantifies value, identifies risks, and outlines clear ROI.
+ User Needs & Value Identification: Conduct thorough interviews, workshops, and analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and desired outcomes. Translate these into concrete value propositions that resonate with key stakeholders.
+ Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to inform the development of compelling business cases that demonstrate the strategic importance of proposed epics.
+ Data Gathering & Analysis: Utilize data from various sources (internal systems, customer feedback, market reports) to quantify potential benefits and validate assumptions within the business case.
+ Financial Modeling & ROI Calculation: Work with stakeholders to develop financial models that project the financial impact of proposed epics, including cost-benefit analysis, return on investment (ROI), and payback period.
+ Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential risks associated with proposed epics and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
+ Presentation Development & Communication: Prepare clear and compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition, feasibility, and potential impact of proposed epics to stakeholders and decision-makers.
+ Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Lean Business Case development process, identifying opportunities for simplification, automation, and standardization.
Qualifications:
+ Business Analysis Expertise: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, demonstrating a strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and financial modeling techniques.
+ Lean Business Case Development: Familiarity with developing Lean Business Cases and best practices for quantifying value, assessing risk, and justifying investment decisions.
+ Agile Methodology Understanding: Basic understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly related to epic definition and prioritization.
+ Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Data Analysis & Visualization: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to collect, analyze, and visualize data to support business case development.
+ Problem-solving and Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify challenges, evaluate alternatives, and recommend effective solutions.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's and 3-5 years working as a Business Analyst.
+ Secret clearance.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build rapport, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations, identify root causes, and develop pragmatic solutions to address them.
+ Experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields is a plus.
+ Proficiency in Agile tools and techniques for project management, collaboration, and tracking (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is desirable.
+ Commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and staying updated with the latest Agile trends and practices.
