Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Description: Our Client, a government institution in Ohio, is looking for a BA, who will provide program technical assistance to state and contracted information technology professionals during one, multiple or all phases of an assigned project.
ResponsibilitiesProvide information to assist during the inception (i.e., development of the scope and outline of the general requirements) of a project, and/or review the design documents; Develop and refine user stories in AGILE environment;Work with the QA team to support QA processes as necessary;Support program and project management staff with the story lifecycle management with may include: adding user requirements to stories; adding artefacts obtained from the business to stories, developing supporting artefacts based on interviews with the technical and business team, writing acceptance criteria, assisting with the development of acceptance criteria and assisting with the migration of user stories from committed to ready for test processes.
Requirements:1a. Exp w/MS Visual Studio 2010/2012 in support of program and project management staff with story lifecycle management;1b. adding user requirements to stories; adding artifacts obtained from the business to stories, developing supporting artifacts;1c. based on interviews w/the technical and business team, writing acceptance criteria, assisting w/the development of acceptance;1d. criteria and assisting with the migration of user stories from committed to ready for test processes (3 Years);Demonstrated ability to develop artifacts using tools such as MS Powerpoint; and MS Excel and MS word (5 Years);Exp functioning as a BA on a large-scale enterprise level application (5 Years);Ability to interact with a diverse group composed of line of business and technical staff (5 Years);Good communication skills (5 Years);Previous exp at DODD as a BA (1 Years);
