The Business Analyst (BA) plans, develops, tests and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems.
Complete Description:
Business Analyst will generally be involved in one or two projects at a time. Position will be working on a major multi-agency initiative to create a simple way for citizens to get information about services. The work on this project will change the way government works and be very rewarding. Experience with developing test plans is a plus in order to provide early qa support.
