Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a

 

Business Analyst 

 

Your role in a nutshell: 

 

Writes epics, features and user stories for UK on behalf of the Swift Product Owner. Maintains the business process design documentation, Aris process models and Swift Legal Operational Procedures. Writes and maintains the business impact assessment, training & communications on behalf of the Product Owner. Maintains the business change information (Legal Ops Manual, business continuity plans, Known Error definitions, FAQ’s and SharePoint training site) in the Swift Knowledgebase. Build and maintain SPOC community.

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

•    Assess Business Impact of solution – Project, BAU and Core Release
•    Validates and logs Swift/LARK Reporting changes into Jira and supports Project, BAU and Core Release iteration planning
•    Design, write & priorities Project & BAU stories
•    Demo/facilitate UAT/Support all Testing
•    Team Member for BAU and Project iteration and Core Product Release
•    Contributes to roadmap planning for deployment of KIM core releases into Vodafone 

 

 

What you’ll bring to the team:

 

•    Previous experience on a Transformation Project 
•    Understanding of IT principles
•    Experience of working in Agile delivery methodology
•    Project management experience
•    Jira experience
•    Business process design and improvements
